We provide fitness programming for individuals, gyms, and competitors. Through our years of experience as gym owners, trainers, seminar instructors, and coaches of fitness competition athletes, we have built programs to exceed the expectations of each category.

COMPETE

Through 11 years of combined CrossFit Games individual appearances, we have created a competitive program to fit within a 90 minute session that is designed to take athletes through a logical progression of focused cycles throughout a year and prepare for the Open, Regionals, and the Games.
 

TRIBE

Gym programming that is fun, dynamic, and structured so that your athletes are seeing results. Coaches receive daily class plans that include warm-up, workout, cool-down, class timelines, teaching progressions, and scaling options. The goal is to decrease your workload while delivering a world-class program and class plan for the cost of one gym membership

THRIVE (COMING MAY 2018)

Programming for athletes looking to get fit, whether it’s in a “globo-gym”, during open gym hours, or in the garage gym. Training sessions are detailed with warm-up, workout, cool-down, and scaling options. Training sessions are designed to maximize fitness in a 45-60 minute time window. THRIVE is the program for people looking to get fit for life’s demands.
