The General Team is where most start. This is for the individual that has developed a wide range of skills and work capacity across all areas, but also needs improvement across the board.
The Stamina Team is intended for the individual that lacks development in long duration efforts and higher number of repetitions of a single or similar movements.
The Strength Team is for the athlete that has a good base of overall fitness, does well in medium-to-long duration workouts that consists of light loads, yet under-performs at heavier efforts.
