Reverse hyper 3x25 reps (140/90)
Single leg deadlift 3x5 each leg (115/75)

Do a set every 3 minutes of:
Back Squat
57%x10
62%x8
67%x6
71%x6
76%x6

Do a set every 2 minutes of:
Front Squat
57%x5
67%x5
71%x2x5 reps

5 Rounds:
12 Toes to Bar
15 DB Thrusters (40/25 per hand)
18 DB Walking Lunges (single 40/25)
21 Jumping Air Squats
Rest 90sec

All sets should be performed consecutively with little to no rest once started.
DB Walking lunge should be performed with one dumbell held with two hands below the chin.
