Through 11 years of combined CrossFit Games individual appearances, we have created a competitive program to fit within a 90 minute session that is designed to take athletes through a logical progression of focused cycles throughout a year and prepare for the Open, Regionals, and the Games.
Gym programming that is fun, dynamic, and structured so that your athletes are seeing results. Coaches receive daily class plans that include warm-up, workout, cool-down, class timelines, teaching progressions, and scaling options. The goal is to decrease your workload while delivering a world-class program and class plan for the cost of one gym membership.
Programming for athletes looking to get fit, whether it’s in a “globo-gym”, during open gym, or in the garage gym. Training sessions are detailed with warm-up, workout, cool-down, and scaling options and are designed to maximize fitness in a 45-60 minute time window. THRIVE is the program for people looking to get fit for life’s demands without spending the whole day in the gym.
INTRODUCING: KIDS FTW
KidsFTW is intended for a youth population of all fitness levels between the ages of 5-12. It is ideal, but not limited to, an affiliate setting where they can have fun with their friends!
